Do you know that a tomato is a fruit?

Technically speaking a tomato is a fruit. If you want to find out what makes a fruit a fruit and a vegetable a vegetable you need to answer the question: does it have seeds or not? If the answer is: yes,it does -you have a fruit. If it doesn't have seeds, it's a vegetable.

Now I know that I was lying to my mother when she asked me if I ate some vegetables when I was away from home:D
In fact, I usually eat tomatoes and cucumbers which are also fruits according to this botanical definition.
